Mission
At TalkSPED, my mission is to bring clarity to a process that is often confusing.
With over a decade of experience as a Special Education teacher, I break down the IEP process and cut through the jargon so parents can understand it.
Special education is filled with acronyms, procedures, and policies that can leave families unsure of what’s happening or even what to ask. I help parents understand what the words mean, what the steps are, and how to participate with confidence.
When the process becomes clear, families feel calmer, more prepared, and better able to support their child’s success.
